Here to Stomp the Stigma today is Grant from Honey Badger Alliance! He served in the military, toured in Afghanistan, and is now employed in corrections. In today’s episode we got to talk about his experience in the military and how it affected his mental health, as well as the thankless job that is corrections. Grant started the Honey Badger Alliance to help others through their mental health battles. He has so much knowledge to share, I hope you take away something new from this episode.
